Delivery options and cost

• 1 bottle: £4.95 tracked delivery.
• 2 bottles: free tracked delivery.
• 3 bottles: free tracked delivery.

Tracked deliveries normally arrive within 2–4 working days of dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Remote postcodes can occasionally take an extra working day or two.

Packaging

Orders arrive in plain outer packaging with no product branding on the outside. Nothing on the parcel indicates what is inside.

Tracking your order

Your dispatch email contains a tracking link. If it has been more than five working days since dispatch and the tracking has not updated, email support@getdrivenol.co.uk with your order details and we will chase the courier or resend.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Tell us in writing within that period, then return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us. Unless the goods are faulty, the cost of the return postage is yours.

We will refund the price you paid, plus the standard delivery charge you paid on the way out, within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Goods should be returned in a resaleable condition. For opened bottles, our 30-day money-back guarantee is usually the simpler route — it does not require you to return anything.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, email us within 30 days with a photo where relevant and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Return address

Please contact us before returning anything so we can give you the current returns address and log your return. Items sent back without contacting us first can take considerably longer to process.
