Who we are

Drivenol UK, Registered address to be confirmed, United Kingdom, is the data controller for personal data collected through getdrivenol.co.uk. Contact us at support@getdrivenol.co.uk about anything on this page.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and any delivery notes you give us.
• Payment information: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and a payment reference. We never see or store your full card number.
• Emails you send us: kept so we can deal with your query and any follow-up.
• Marketing preference: whether you ticked the box to receive our emails.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To fulfil your order — performance of our contract with you.
• To handle refunds, guarantees and support — performance of our contract and our legitimate interest in running the business properly.
• To keep accounting records — our legal obligation under UK tax law.
• To send marketing emails — only where you consented, and you can withdraw that at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the organisations we need to in order to get your order to you and keep the business running: our payment processor (Stripe), our delivery courier, our fulfilment partner, and our hosting and email providers. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for six years after the end of the financial year in which the order was placed, as required for UK tax purposes. Support emails are kept for two years. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent, plus a short period afterwards so we can honour your opt-out.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed for it to work — for example keeping your basket selection while you complete checkout. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete data we no longer need to keep
• restrict or object to how we use it
• port your data to another provider
• stop sending you marketing, at any time

Email support@getdrivenol.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Security

Order data is stored in an access-controlled database that is not readable from the public website. Payment card data never reaches our servers — it goes directly to Stripe.
