1. Who we are

2. Our products

Drivenol Men's Vitality Complex is a food supplement for healthy adults aged 18 and over. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Product images are illustrative; packaging may vary.

3. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order — for example if the product is out of stock, if there has been a pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address — and if we do, we will refund any payment in full.

By ordering you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and buying as a consumer.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the point of order and is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. Every order on this site is a one-off purchase — there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full detail is on our delivery and returns page.

6. Cancellation and returns

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty or not as described. We also offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee which sits on top of those rights. Our refund policy explains how refunds are processed.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving us an accurate delivery address and contact details, for reading the label before use, and for not exceeding the recommended daily dose. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical supervision or taking prescription medication, seek advice from your GP or pharmacist before using any food supplement.

8. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Intellectual property

The Drivenol name, the content of this site and its images belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

11. Complaints and governing law

If something has gone wrong, email us first — most issues are resolved quickly. These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, save that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
