Refund policy

1. The 30-day money-back guarantee

Our voluntary guarantee. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the purchase price of your first order. You do not need to return anything, opened or unopened. Delivery charges paid on the single-bottle bundle are not included. Full detail on the money-back guarantee page.

2. Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Tell us in writing within that window, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us. We will refund the price paid plus the standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Return postage is at your cost unless the goods are faulty.

3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, email us with a photo where relevant. We will replace or refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@getdrivenol.co.uk.
2. Give the name and postcode on the order, or your order number.
3. Say briefly which of the three routes above applies.

Timescales

• We aim to reply within one working day.
• Approved refunds are issued within five working days.
• Your bank typically takes a further three to five working days to show it on your statement.

How refunds are paid

Always back to the original payment method, through Stripe. We cannot refund to a different card, to a bank transfer, or as store credit unless the original card no longer exists — in which case contact us and we will find a way.

Partial refunds

Where only part of an order is affected — for example one damaged bottle in a three-bottle box — we refund or replace that part. You will not be asked to return the rest.
