What's covered

• The purchase price of the Drivenol you bought, on your first order.
• Any bundle — one, two or three bottles.
• Orders placed directly on getdrivenol.co.uk.

How to claim

1. Email support@getdrivenol.co.uk within 30 days of your order being delivered.
2. Include the name and postcode the order was delivered to, or your order number.
3. Tell us briefly how you got on. You do not have to justify yourself — but honest feedback genuinely helps us.

We aim to reply within one working day and to issue the refund within five working days of approving it. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Depending on your bank, it can take a further three to five working days to appear on your statement.

What isn't covered

• Claims made more than 30 days after delivery.
• Delivery charges on the single-bottle bundle, where a separate delivery fee was paid.
• Repeat claims on more than one order by the same customer or household.
• Products bought from anyone other than us.

This is on top of your legal rights

Our guarantee sits alongside, and does not replace, your rights under UK consumer law. As a distance-selling customer you also have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and rights to a repair, replacement or refund if goods are faulty or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Damaged or missing orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email us with a photo where relevant and we will resend or refund. You will never be asked to pay twice for a delivery that went wrong at our end.
